Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow
Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow
This week kicks off in the middle ages with a full moon, the opening of A Midsummer Night's Dream, a Shaw comedy about Newton, Three Kings and Bringing Out The Dead, Alchemy at Morseland and good nights in Hell. By Saturday it reaches the 70s with Johnny Winter and a major Jacksons Tribute. Sunday morning is good for Bloody Mary drinking or for eye cancer inducing amounts of TV, with 11 hours of Golden Globes, 8hrs of Kids in The Hall and Britney does the Simpsons. Monday there's a Bulls game, Twilight Tales, and Psychotronic plays the terrific centennial related film 2000 Maniacs! The rest of the week gets serious with old blues greats Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, Staple Singers, Koko Taylor and others at the 10th Hopefest, the Chicago Boat/RV/Outdoor show and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the State of The Union Address. I plan to use this opportunity to try to draw Mr. Inappropriate Relationship as he discusses what was and what he hopes will be.
