Nature Awakens
Nature Awakens
As a seasoned human, I've seen spring come many
times. The weather rolls in unhurried, beautiful and
colossal, reminding me I'm just a guest here.
Meanwhile, mating frenzy is doing it's warmups. Dates
can be found on MTV spring break, the Reader Matches
bowling party, Today's Chicago Woman Bachelor Party,
and for some very special someones, perhaps at the
Chicago Mars Society meeting or remaining women's
history month events. Wanna go to a party? You could
be a guest at NewCity's film issue release, Urban
M.I.N.E.S., Medusa 6th Anniversary or the New Power
Party. Shake some hands and some booty. Yup, its the
season for Maple Syrup Fest, Hellenic Parade, and
Bookhunters Fair; for Academy awards, Real Ale Fest and
architectural mini-golf, as it long has been. It's the
last Monday for 5 cent donuts and the Psychotronics are
showing a Fabian/Terri Garr drama. Wednesday we
blade. Bulls are playing, as are Pat Metheny Trio,
Queensryche, No Doubt, Paula Cole, John Paul Jones,
Soil, and two raves, so get a date.
Helllllllllloooooooooooo SPRING!
