of research, development and testing. Every aspect was carefully studied
and repeatedly reviewed and revised leading to the product we have
today. The VISIONARY 2000 is
the best possible solution to the need for a clear cover.
It protects the screen from accidental impact or scratching,
it flips completely under, and it HotSyncs while closed!
Then, to make it impossible to resist, we threw in the other things an

Why are the buttons exposed?
The buttons are exposed by design. You can pull your organizer
from a pocket, hit a button, and immediately see important info.
You can even browse e-texts with it closed.
Because the buttons are recessed, in all our testing no organizer
has ever turned on by accident.
Does it resist scuffs and scratches?
The VISIONARY 2000 cover is made of Lexan,
the toughest clear plastic available. It is scuff and scratch resistant.
If carried routinely in a pocket with no keys, and you treat your organizer
with at least some respect, it will look great forever. Your experience may vary.
How does it attach?
The cover uses a textured vinyl hinge. It attaches on the left side of
the organizer with a narrow strip of a special mounting tape. We
believe this is a necessary design decision which provides
the best performance. It can easily be cleanly removed and reinstalled
if necessary.
Is it comfortable for left-handers?
The VISIONARY 2000 is equally easy to use
by left- or right-handers. Due to the design of the PalmPilot it cannot
be mounted on the right side. Fortunately, it flips completely under
and therefore does not interfere with writing from either side.
How does the cover fold under?
The hinge pivots along the mid-line of the organizer, allowing the cover to
fold under when fully open, as easily as it folds over when closed.
Does it really not block any of the openings?
The battery hatch near the hinge is not blocked, nor is any other opening.
By design the contrast wheel is covered to prevent accidental changes, but it
can easily be adjusted with the stylus when desired.
What screen sheets are included?
A free sampler kit from Concept Kitchen is included
which features two WriteRight screen enhancers and one BrainWash
screen cleaning kit.
How does it stay closed?
There is a small Velcro equipped closure flap on the right hand side of the cover.
Can I use it as my only case?
Most people use the VISIONARY 2000 as a case alternative,
allowing one to carry the organizer in a pocket, briefcase, etc. Though it is only
1/16" thick it will not fit in some cases.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are always shipped within seven days of receipt. The postal service quotes
that delivery then requires 3-5 days in the U.S. or 3-7 days internationally. In our
experience these estimates are accurate. You will be sent an email when we receive your
order, then another one when we ship.
Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the web?
Our order entry form is completely secure for all practical purposes.
However, you can use our secure form if desired.
What is the warranty and return policy?
It is warranted for 30 days to perform as advertised and to be free of
substantial defects or it can be returned for a free replacement.
If returned to us in near original condition (other than packaging)
for a refund, we will credit the purchase charge less shipping and a $5 restocking
fee. Because installation changes the product, we cannot offer an unconditional
refund.
What is your personal experience using it?
I carry my organizer all the time, in the pockets of pants, shirts, and jackets,
as well as in backpacks and briefcases. For me the
VISIONARY 2000 has been a dream come true.
It doesn't come with a belt loop and it isn't guaranteed to survive an air disaster,
but it is perfect for what it is. It's clear so you can see your info instantly,
it protects the screen, it flips completely under, and it HotSyncs while
closed. On top of all that, it comes with free screen products and software!
