Developed a major sales contact management product in Visual Basic on Windows networks.
Created "Absolute Recall" - a commercially marketed high-end multi-user system for industrial equipment resellers. This huge system used OLE and ODBC to incorporate Excel, Word, Access, and phone objects. Implemented using NT/Novell. Included early examples of user interface features such as tabs, dockable controls and saved workspace. Featured advanced ease of use and configurability, and even integrated faxing and autodialing of contacts! Also created promotional literature and help files. Software was marketed commercially and had several high-priced installations.
