Student and hobbyist since the dawn of microcircuits.

By 1973 Andrew began programming in BASIC through summer courses for gifted students using modem terminal access to the school district's HP2000F minicomputer.

By 1978 Andrew was programming in Assembler on a home built RCA 1802 microcomputer from a revolutionary Popular Electronics hobbyist project.

Andrew also owned and developed for numerous early PCs such as Apple, Timex, Commodore and Texas Instruments, and was published in hobbyist magazines of the early eighties.
