Important Check-In Info

Thank you in advance for joining us for this year's World Naked Bike Ride - Chicago :D

CYCLISTS, SKATERS, & JOGGERS:
Check-in Saturday 6:00pm - 7:45pm

Fulton River Park, 360 N Jefferson St. (southeast corner)

This is NOT where the ride launches, participants with bike, skateboard, inlines or other HUMAN POWERED TRANSPORT will be forwarded to the rally location.

RIDE DEPARTS AT 8PM, DON'T BE LATE!

Rain or shine, so BE PREPARED for ANYTHING.

RIDE ENDS AROUND 11:30PM

We end where we start. There will be no afterparty, but we'll have fruit and water available to get people rehydrated. We'll have some time to decompress, connect with our friends, and plan where to go next.

Plan to arrive early! The RALLY & EXPO from 6 p.m. till we ride out is a great time to get pumped for the ride. There will be body painting, bike mechanics, the Glitter Guts Photobooth and Yoga at 6:15 and 6:30.

We recommend you bring your Mask, Helmet, Lights, Water, Snacks, Shoes, and Clothes.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE

We are still in a pandemic. Get vaccinated! Don't come sick! Distance socially or wear a mask!

World Naked Bike Ride protests against the dependency on fossil fuels and promotes environmental justice for all.

- WNBR promotes consent culture and body-positivity.

- WNBR demonstrates the vulnerability of cyclists on the road to fight for bike awareness and safety.

Here are some slogans to SHOUT OUT THOSE TRUTHS:

Less Gas More Ass! Burns Fat Not Oil! Nude not crude! We Are Traffic! One Less Car!

Ride as a MASS, keeping together by staying behind the leader and with the group. Stay to the center to avoid bystanders. Consider hopping off your bike to stay in control.

Work with Bike Marshalls (in yellow vests!) for everyone's safety. Communicate what you need to those around you and support those who call out for help!

- DON'T get wasted.

- DON'T lag behind or split off.

- DON'T enter lanes of on-coming traffic.

- DON'T swarm cars or antagonize the public and cops.

If you run into trouble, National Lawyers Guild monitors will be on the ride.
Look for the bright green baseball caps or call 773-309-1198.

Be prepared, stay alert, take care, help others.

LEAVE NO TRACE!!! PICK IT UP and PACK IT OUT!!!

HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE !!!
