To: WORK; Subject: UNSUBSCRIBE
Ahhhhh, that ought to free up some time. Monday alone for example, rather than being another day of my short life sold, I'll be able to greet spring at the Vernal Equinox sunrise, observe the Great American Meatout with a 5 cent donuts, watch the new UCB episode while missing Twilight Tales and the Bulls and the Chicago Visitor's Choice Awards, then close the day with a full moon. With new found free time I'll be able to see the dog dancing at the Chicagoland Family Pet Show (no rats allowed) or the Chicago Flower and Garden Show, or Alexander Calder and the other new MCA exhibits. In fact, I'm gonna start right now, partying dawn to dusk for Saint Patrick's Day. Before I've drunk too much to remember, it still women/drum&bass time folks. National Women's History Month observation continues with the Women In The Director's Chair Film Fest opening, the very interesting Women Hold Up Half the Sound two day jazz events, a Japanese girl band tour and Purim, a day commemorating a queen. Drum&Bass week officially wraps ups in no small fashion with Grooverider, Field of Dreams and TigerStyle 2000, but great dance tunez goes on with Groove Aramada, Carl Cox, Trevor Rockcliffe, Dimitri, Darrell Woodson, and Danny The Wild Child at Seminar. Also playing: Third Eye Blind, Luka Bloom, Mary Black, Incubus, Filter, Chevelle, and MDFMK (formerly KMFDM) record pre- release party. But most alluring of all, darker souls remember to come to SmartBar Tuesday for Nocturna's 12th Anniversary Ball! Sooooooooo, does this make me retired?
