My little contribution to the Loyola Arts tent's community art thing. From the "Portal" game, "The cake is a lie." is a new pop phrase/meme basically warning to distrust promises that could be false bait. Especially applies in cases where hope facilitates delusion and where promised reward never existed, such as the allure of a flirting cross-dresser.
