The first computer Andrew owned was the 1978 CDP-1802 "COSMAC Elf II" An RCA CDP-1802 CPU based microcomputer, the commercial 4K version descended from Popular Electronics August 1976 revolutionary hobbyist project. This early CPU's illustrious history includes use on the Voyager spacecrafts.
