Tetris Tater Tots

Fried potatoes shaped like pieces from famed puzzle video game Tetris.
Tetris Tater Tots

Tetris Tots has been a comedic idea among gamers since the 80s, which I considered imaginary other than rare examples of small hand cut batches.
But recently U.S.Foods introduced "Puzzle Potatoes" (found at QuarterWorld PDX), but those explicitly includes ONLY THREE of the five shapes. So I HAD to craft a correct set, starting with making custom cutters.

Recipe in brief is several potatoes, cut to chunks, then microwaved a minute or two each to soften, let steam off to reduce moisture. Food processor to creamy, adding margarine and seasoning. Oil spray a cookie sheet. Mold pieces onto sheet in sequence with attention to desired piece frequency ratios. Cook at 400F for 13 minutes, flip and cook another 13 minutes. Serve with assorted dips.
